Overview
Sermorelin corresponds to the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, the minimal fragment that retains its biological activity. It has a long history as a research and diagnostic agent for probing the GH axis.

It binds pituitary GHRH receptors to stimulate endogenous growth-hormone production, preserving the body’s own feedback regulation of the axis.
