Tesamorelin
A stabilised GHRH analogue studied extensively for visceral adipose tissue in clinical research.
Overview
Tesamorelin is a synthetic, stabilised analogue of GHRH. It is one of the few secretagogues with substantial human clinical-trial data, most notably in research on visceral (deep abdominal) fat.
How it’s studied to work
Like other GHRH analogues it stimulates pituitary growth-hormone release; the added stabilisation extends its activity relative to native GHRH.
